Interview Process
We will narrow down the candidates through a series of questionnaires and reviewing of candidate CV’s. We interview each short listed candidate to form the final list of candidates that we provide to you.
STEP 4
Hiring Process
We will handle the entire interview process for you, or if you prefer we can provide you a short list of candidates and you may interview them yourself either over the phone or via a video interview.
STEP 5
Free Trial of Employee
You will be provided with a free trial of your employee to see if they are a good fit for your business. The employee will be paid by us during this free trial period, we don’t force any of our outsourced employees to work for free.
STEP 6
Enjoy Your New Employee
You pay one monthly invoice and we handle the rest, we will take care of the employees salary and benefits in the one monthly invoice. We offer a free replacement at anytime if your employee does not turn out to be a good fit for your business.
